Hey everyone,

It doesn't look like these forums have seem much recent traffic, but here goes.

I'm not a diver, but I find it fascinating & may take a lesson or two eventually.

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a decent book on wrecks & sites of the great lakes? Hopefully with lots of colour images history.

Also could anyone point me to a website about lessons? I may be better off just walking into a local shop.

Thanks for reading!

There are several books at the Scuba Shop you can peruse. Lessons are being filled now for September. The classes run for 11 weeks, 10 weeks of lessons & pool sessions & then the exam, plus after successful completion of all faucets of the course, 4 openwater dives. Let me know if I can be of further assistance. Thanks for your inquiry. Colleen

As for books on wrecks, I recommend Chris Kohl's books. And you can find them at Colleens shop. that's where I got mine. Great pictures and great background stories on most found wrecks in the great lakes. It's always nice to know the history of the wreck your diving on.

Sheldon

Lets hope this site sees a revival in postings!
